About the Position:

We're seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to join our team at eClerx Philippines, Inc. As a key member of our digital media team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and effective online experiences for our clients. If you have a passion for web design and development, and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Add new pages to existing websites, enhancing our online presence and user engagement.
  • Develop skills and expertise in relevant website markup languages, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Work collaboratively with digital media and web-related systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Take the design brief to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Create designs that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and impactful, meeting the needs of our clients and their target audience.
  • Refine final designs based on client feedback, striving for full approval and satisfaction.
  • Pursue other duties as assigned by management, embracing opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Requirements:

  • A college or 2-year vocational course graduate, bringing a solid educational foundation to the role.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to meet project deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
  • A deep understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Familiarity with on-page SEO optimization techniques, ensuring our websites are optimized for search engines and reach a wider audience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating experience in web designing and development, showcasing creative skills and technical expertise.
  • An attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work and minimal errors.
  • Creative flair, versatility, conceptual, and visual ability, allowing for innovative solutions and fresh ideas.
  • The ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Proficiency in all design aspects, from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
