Position Overview:

As an Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper, you'll wear multiple hats, balancing administrative and financial tasks that are critical to day-to-day operations. You'll own your responsibilities, support the business owner directly, and keep the office organized-even virtually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and invoice creation using QuickBooks

  • Process timecards and pull reports

  • Assist with job costing, contract tracking, and ordering materials

  • Manage emails, schedules, contracts, and general admin tasks

  • Support the business owner by tracking deadlines and keeping tasks prioritized

  • Communicate with vendors and handle sensitive information with discretion
