Job Overview

As a senior developer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. This includes configuring and customizing the system, creating workflows, and automating tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows and automating rote tasks.
  • Develop service request fulfilment workflows from customer requirements, using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality.
  • Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and Soap calls.
  • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with business liaisons to generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports as needed.
Requirements
  • College degree in a related technology field or comparable job experience.
  • Approximately 5-9 years of experience in a development role, with a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities.
  • ServiceNow certifications and ITIL foundations certification are highly desirable.
