Middle School Science Educator

FIA educators play a vital role in fostering students' spiritual, academic, emotional, and physical growth.
Job Responsibilities- Teach science classes to students in grades 6-12, following the adopted curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans to cater to individual student needs, interests, and abilities.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to achieve curriculum goals within a Christian education framework.
- Evaluate student progress regularly and provide timely feedback.
- Integrate biblical principles and a Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities.
- Prioritize responsibilities above outside commitments.
- Maintain accurate records on school software and stay updated with faculty handbook and student-parent handbook guidelines.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, attend meetings, and participate in staff events.
- Demonstrate a Christ-like role model and motivate students to grow in their faith.
- A strong love for Christ and students.
- A growing relationship with Christ.
- Active membership in a local church.
- Agreement with the Statement of Faith.
- Holding or pursuing relevant professional credentials.
