About the Job:

We're seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the recruitment manager and other internal managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a recruitment strategy, publish job ads, and onboard new hires
  • Engage with potential hires through social media and professional networks
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to establish qualification criteria for future employees
  • Conduct thorough interviews and maintain a database of employees for future vacancies
  • Use recruitment software to analyze trends and optimize the hiring process
  • Work closely with department heads to determine qualifications for each position
  • Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the application process

Salary Range: ₱30K–₱45K a month

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires
  • Experience recruiting high-volume candidates (e.g., 100 per month)
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in using Workable and other recruitment tools
  • Experience hiring educators and expanding recruitment initiatives preferred
