Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic purchasing of active and passive electronic components in terms of cost, negotiation, business share allocation, alternate sourcing, and supplier management to achieve maximum benefits through proper utilization of system resources & effective control.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Negotiates prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings per management targets.
  • Finds alternate sources for improved localization, better cost, and smooth parts supply.
  • Resolves critical issues on a regular basis without affecting manufacturing/production operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Purchasing and handling the above-mentioned commodities.
  • Should have adequate knowledge on Raw Materials or commodity price trends & process cost models.
