Marketing Professional Role

The role of a marketing professional involves driving business development, coordinating proposals and producing high-quality multimedia marketing materials that reflect our commitment to design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end proposal coordination, including content gathering and timely submission.
  • Develop compelling narratives, visuals and layouts for client proposals and presentations.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures and digital assets.
  • Support business development by tracking leads and managing CRM data.
  • Coordinate project photography and videography for documentation and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be proactive, self-motivated and able to collaborate across time zones. They will also be creative and strategic thinkers with a passion for creating compelling visual content.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience preferably in architecture, design or professional services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
