Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable machine learning systems to drive business growth
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Evaluate and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of machine learning models
  • Enhance existing frameworks and workflows to optimize efficiency and performance
  • Draft technical documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
  • Promote new feature ideas and design data pipelines to integrate them into existing models
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in statistics, engineering, or computer science
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development and machine learning in a production environment
  • Proven track record of designing and training machine learning models to solve business challenges
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or AlibabaCloud
  • Excellent software engineering skills across multiple languages, including Python, SQL, Scala
  • Experience with machine learning software packages (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
