Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence and key marketing functions. This is a virtual role requiring 10-15 hours of work per week, with the possibility of growing into a full-time position over time.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team to maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), create engaging weekly posts and daily stories leveraging local and licensee content.

  • Social Media Management:
    • Maintain and enhance the appearance of social media platforms
    • Create weekly post schedules and daily stories for maximum engagement
  • In-app Communications:
    • Manage all communication channels in the app, ensuring fresh and current content
    • Test and validate marketing features regularly
  • Other Monthly Marketing Initiatives:
    • Plan, create and distribute newsletters to customers
    • Project manage monthly promotions
  • Licensee Marketing:
    • Monitor social media and mobile app to ensure best practices and branding guidelines are followed
    • Communicate areas for improvement/optimization and share/post selected content
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media and marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for customer service
  • Friendly positive attitude and team player
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
  • Interest in football is a plus
  • Experience working overseas or with international companies a plus
  • Hospitality experience a plus
