Treasury Accountant

At JOB MATCHMAKER, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Cashier to join our team. This role is responsible for processing, monitoring, and depositing cash and check collections while releasing payments to suppliers.

• Cash and Check Processing: Receive cash and check payments from customers and issue Collection Receipts (CR).
• Deposit and Release Payments: Coordinate with Credit & Collection all payments including postdated checks, deposit cash and check payments collected from suppliers, and release check or cash payments.
• Cash Disbursement and Accounting: Prepare Cash Disbursement Voucher (CDV) and conduct daily cash count.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare Accountability Reports such as Cash Position, Petty Cash Fund, Bank Reconciliation, and other Treasury Reports.

• Education: Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• Experience: At least 1 year experience as Treasury Cashier.
• Skills and Qualifications: With SAP background is an advantage but not required.

On-site work arrangement at the CBY Head Office, temporary compressed work week (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or original schedule (Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
