Key Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our NetSuite team.

This role oversees the development and strategic direction of our NetSuite-based solutions, managing multiple engineering teams and driving technical excellence in NetSuite platform development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams, develop leadership talent, foster ownership, remove blockers, and create an inclusive environment.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions.
  • Lead managers and grow leadership talent across NetSuite development teams.
  • Technical Oversight: Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across multiple teams.
  • Oversee scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional leadership experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers.
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server.
