Cold Caller and Appointment Setter

Excel Peers Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers and influencers within targeted accounts, building rapport, and establishing long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive top-of-the-funnel activity for sales managers and account executives.
• Manage and update sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified opportunities consistently.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Compensation:

• Full-Time: PHP 30,000 per month (9 PM - 5 AM Manila time, 40 hours per week).
• Part-Time (4 hours/day): PHP 16,000 per month (20 hours per week).
• Part-Time (6 hours/day): PHP 22,000 per month (30 hours per week).
