About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Learning and Organizational Development expert to drive OKR and L&D projects within our fast-paced startup environment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving organization development, global HR initiatives, and performance management processes utilizing OKRs.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in HR with a strong background in L&D in a startup environment. They will be willing to work hands-on with expertise in performance management, including OKRs, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and tracking progress on business-relevant training and development programs, as well as developing and executing talent management initiatives through effective communication strategy and plans.

You will also be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align employee performance with business outcomes, working closely with finance to drive financial performance to align with individual KPIs and Goals.

In addition, you will identify talent capability gaps and relevant training needs, propose and support on identifying training programs to bridge the gaps and implement and track effectiveness of the training.

You will develop robust frameworks for measuring, analyzing, and improving employee performance and productivity, drive culture change initiatives that align with the company's vision, values, and business goals, and lead and manage the global Learning system and track training including compliance training.

Furthermore, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive Learning System, consolidation of communication and enhancements, collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR policies and practices worldwide, partner with Business leaders to ensure HR initiatives support overall company strategy.
