Job Overview

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market. They collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure that studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications, meeting high standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, link testing, study invitations via custom tools, exclusion lists management, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Manage sampling for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • C coordinate with project assistants to leverage available options for maximum results.
  • Develop a sampling plan for allocated projects.
  • Liaise with teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  • Review projects regularly and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted.
  • Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
  • Ensure projects are completed in line with client-stipulated timelines.
  • Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level.
  • Understand and utilize M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools effectively.
  • Address Project Managers' and stakeholders' requests in a timely manner.
  • Attend meetings regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
  • Take notes and fill checklists during key meetings and share them with attendees afterwards.
  • Conduct pretest/pilot interviews for clients and ensure interviews are conducted on time and as planned.
  • Track, monitor, and report on custom recruitment performance.
  • Support PMs in ensuring that projects are closed and ready for invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Set up Dynamic Audiences on projects based on clients' specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required
  • 0 – 1 year of market research experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
