The salary for this role includes a basic pay of Php 25,000.00 per month, plus a transportation allowance of Php 3,000.00.


Job Description

This full-time on-site role requires a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), the requirements set by the Board of Accountancy, and the Tax Code of the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of the accounting function in the property, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and maintaining individual ledgers.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A graduate of BS Accountancy with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation an advantage
  • At least two years of related work experience preferably in the same industry
