At Trends Group Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our documentation management system, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in governing documentation standards and processes.
  • Regularly check whether One Initiatives templates are used and complied with in the Documentation Management System.
  • Maintain project records, files, and shared folders.
  • Assist in consolidating and preparing bidding and accreditation requirements.
  • Maintain Support and Maintenance agreements and records.
  • Remind the Pre-sales team of expiring or lapsed maintenance agreements.
  • Keep records of miscellaneous information related to the sale of company products and solutions.
  • Maintain certifications of team members.
