As a Language Coach, you will play a key role in empowering language trainers to reach their full potential. This involves fostering growth and development as educators through individualized coaching and regular sessions that provide constructive feedback and opportunities for practice to hone teaching and assessment skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor language trainers: Foster an environment where language trainers can grow and develop their skills as educators.
  • Facilitate online training sessions: Encourage active participation from trainers and assessors, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment, and analyzing evaluation data to recommend program improvements.
  • Develop training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create effective, interactive, and visually appealing content.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities: Identify the needs of language trainers and coordinate relevant training sessions, workshops, or webinars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Excellent understanding of language proficiency frameworks and their application in training.
  • Proficiency in using web conferencing tools, learning management systems, and other online platforms.
  • Certifications in online training, virtual facilitation, language teaching, coaching, and language assessments are a plus.
