We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Growth Professional to join our team at MOVE Your Biz. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and helping businesses succeed.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and conversion, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various sources, including online research and databases. Initiate contact via phone, email, or messaging platforms to introduce our services and assess client interests.
  • Sales and Relationship Building: Provide detailed information about our services, answer client queries, and establish rapport during initial conversations. Nurture relationships with leads through regular follow-up communication, converting prospects into clients.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and how our services can meet those needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Closing Deals: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using communication and outreach tools, including phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage appointment schedules efficiently.
  • Persistence and ability to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the industry or services offered by the company is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the industry or with similar services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
