We are seeking a talented Junior Branding Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing brand identities that resonate with our audience.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with creating impactful visual designs across various platforms, contributing to the overall branding strategy, and ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Brand Identities: Collaborate with the design team to create innovative brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements
  • Creating Brand Guidelines: Develop comprehensive guidelines to ensure consistency across different channels and materials
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with market trends and understand target audiences for effective branding strategies
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, advertising, and product development teams to align branding across all materials and channels
  • Design Execution: Create compelling visual designs for advertisements, packaging, websites, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest branding trends, technologies, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field from reputable institutions
  • Professional Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in graphic design and branding
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Design Softwares such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
    • Skilled in using Canva and other design tools
    • Knowledge of Brand Identity and Graphic Design principles
  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand design requirements
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with current trends in social media and e-commerce brand design
