  • Craft engaging short-form videos that stand out, transforming raw footage into compelling stories with precision and speed.
  • Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital channels, pushing boundaries in visual storytelling.
  • Raise the creative bar through innovative editing techniques and visual storytelling approaches, consistently elevating team performance.

For success in this role:

  • Demonstrate 1+ years of experience in creating high-quality content, preferably with hands-on experience.
  • Display a solid understanding of Digital Marketing principles, multimedia assets, and exporting for multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to create impactful short-form video content, showcasing exceptional storytelling and editing skills through a strong showreel.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects a plus).
  • Excellent grasp of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.
  • Strong narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling skills.
  • Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving both process and creative output.
