Job Description

As a professional content creator, you will help craft and refine informative articles for our customers and internal team. We will teach you about our operational processes and provide training in technical writing.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer support or help desk settings and understands escalation procedures and ticket workflows. While perfect English skills are not required, the ability to write clearly is essential. Additionally, being patient, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and improve writing skills are key qualities.

Responsibilities
  • Update existing documentation based on process changes and revisions
  • Document new knowledge and skills gained from the team, focusing on escalation procedures
  • Translate complex processes into concise, easy-to-follow steps
  • Adhere to provided documentation standards and formats
  • Review and enhance existing articles to ensure clarity and accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Meet or exceed quality standards
  • Have a good attendance record
  • Be able to work from any location with a flexible 8-hour schedule between 6 AM - 5 PM Central Time
  • Possess strong writing skills, enabling clear explanations of complex topics
  • Experience in creating various types of technical documents
  • Comfortable asking questions to clarify information and seeking input from engineers
  • Knowledge of documentation software like Confluence, Zendesk Guide, or similar platforms
  • Effective research skills to gather information from diverse sources
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organization
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
