E-commerce Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Specialist to support our marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for e-commerce management, email campaign execution, and digital content creation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule weekly newsletters using templates from Canva.
  • Edit product and marketing images in Adobe Photoshop and ensure campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency.
  • Track metrics and provide feedback for ongoing optimization.


E-commerce Support Tasks:

  • Upload new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes).
  • Write SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles.
  • Maintain page formatting and consistency across products.


Graphic Design & Visual Support:

  • Edit product and marketing images in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Repurpose Canva assets into custom email graphics or product visuals.
  • Maintain visual consistency following brand guidelines.


Project Management Tasks:

  • Use Asana to manage and update daily tasks.
  • Provide consistent status updates.
  • Communicate regularly via Slack for updates, questions, or bandwidth concerns.
