Commercial Credit Role

Evaluate and assess the financial health of commercial entities to determine their creditworthiness. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in evaluating financial statements, cash flow projections, credit reports, and other relevant documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to assess the borrower's ability to repay loans.
  • Determine the value and marketability of collateral such as real estate, equipment, or other assets.
  • Assess the financial statements of businesses to evaluate their ability to generate sufficient cash flow to cover debt service.
  • Evaluate economic and industry-specific factors that may impact the borrower's ability to repay loans.
  • Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to structure loan terms and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in credit analysis or a similar role within the mortgage or finance industry.
  • Experience in using financial analysis tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of commercial loans, income streams, and credit analysis techniques.
