Role Overview

A dynamic Content & Community Manager will lead digital content strategies, fostering strong brand communities across multiple platforms. This individual combines creative storytelling with strategic planning to boost brand awareness and drive business growth.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy, aligning with each brand's goals and customer journey. This includes defining content pillars, formats, personas, and distribution channels.
  • Optimize content for search engines by conducting keyword research and applying SEO best practices.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blogs, social media posts, emails, and more.
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling and tracking production and publication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to craft valuable, data-driven content.
  • Oversee content creators and vendors to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate impact and refine content strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and apply new techniques and tools as needed.


Fundamental Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in creating and managing digital content (at least 3 years).
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills, with a proven portfolio.
  • SEO knowledge and ability to conduct keyword research and optimize written content.
  • Experience in managing and growing online communities on popular platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate brand goals into compelling narratives.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
