Financial Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage financial data, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents using QuickBooks.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with generating financial reports and statements as requested by management or clients.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant field).
- Experience with reconciling bills and accounts payable processes.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
