About This Role

As a key player in our support team, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and seeking a challenging and rewarding career.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO or customer-facing roles, as well as a strong educational background. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering queries, and providing solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities
