Job Title:

Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of business communication and make a tangible impact.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires at least 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js. You will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces, managing state across complex applications, and integrating with backend APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Implement UI components with attention to performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and handle client-side data management using tools like Redux, React Query, or Context API.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and component-based architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistent coding standards.
  • Implement automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability and reduce regressions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to front-end architectural decisions and tooling improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or React Query.
  • Strong knowledge of component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming principles.
  • Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js is a plus.
