Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting computations and analyses of survey data to inform the planning stage of subdivision projects and condominium projects.
  • Assisting in the assessment of raw land viability for acquisition.
  • Verifying the accuracy of property boundaries.
  • Preparing survey plans and technical descriptions in standard format for government agency approval.
  • Creating survey technical documents for buyer's building permit and bank loan applications.
