Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients with regards to AppSheet development and integration.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, optimize applications, and enhance functionality and efficiency. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper integration of Google Sheets and other data sources with AppSheet.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in AppSheet development or technical support.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in AppSheet and Google Sheets.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with data structures, automation, and workflow optimization.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills for client support.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Benefits
  • Working schedule: Full-time 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities include identifying and resolving formula errors, automation issues, and performance bottlenecks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of low-code solutions using AppSheet and be able to guide users on best practices for structuring data and building scalable applications. Additionally, they will be responsible for documenting troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and AppSheet best practices.
