• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is essential for this role.
• A Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred for successful candidates.
• Prior experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting is crucial for success in this position.
