Customer Experience Specialist

Tesla Motors is looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join its team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Job Summary- Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address customer concerns.
- Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone and escalate to the Shop Foreman / Service Manager as needed.
- Accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System.
- Conduct transactions with the system and provide summaries to customers.
- Communicate estimated completion times and provide regular updates to customers.
- Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery.
- Coordinate the delivery time or pick-up with each customer.
- Follow up with customers on services provided to ensure satisfaction.
- Knowledge of mechanics, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Operation and maintenance of various hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment.
- Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to vehicle repair and servicing.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the public and other employees.
- Perform detailed daily record-keeping and reporting.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
- Retail automotive service experience preferred.
