Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service in the travel industry? We're seeking experienced professionals with BPO background and GDS knowledge to join our expanding team at Enshored Inc.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of BPO experience, preferably in travel account management, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Additionally, they should have at least 1 year of experience with GDS systems and be proficient in one of the following: Amadeus, Apollo, or Sabre.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of BPO experience (strong preference for travel account experience)

  • 1+ year of experience with GDS systems and proficiency in Amadeus, Apollo, or Sabre

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to ask insightful questions

  • Previous chat or email support experience is highly valued

  • Willingness to work on-site in Cebu
