Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of companies to evaluate their creditworthiness, including examining income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Recognize potential problematic situations and escalate them to the Team Lead for further action.
- Collect relevant information about customers, business climate, and sector development from public sources to inform credit decisions.
- Perform manual credit assessments or review and revise system-generated credit proposals as needed.
Requirements:
- More than 2-3 years of working experience in a credit management function, preferably in an international environment.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or similar field.
- Excellent English skills in spoken and written form.
- Strong capability to analyze financial data, interpret financial statements, and understand credit risk, balance sheet analysis, and financial exposure.
