About the Role

The AR Analyst role at ENGINEERINGUK's JP Retail Collection team is focused on supporting the company's finance operations in Japan. This role involves implementing cash applications and leading process improvement projects. If you have experience in Accounts Receivable and possess strong analytical and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and procedures.
  2. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the domain supported, providing guidance and expertise to team members.
  3. Implement cash applications and related tools, driving process improvements and system automation projects.
  4. Analyze data and apply statistical techniques to solve problems at their roots.
  5. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive solutions that utilize high standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Must be fluent in Japanese language.
  2. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Desirable Skills:
  1. Working knowledge of Oracle Financials or other Finance ERP tools.
  2. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word or similar desktop applications.
  3. Demonstrated traits of being a team player.
  4. Able to work under pressure with deadlines.
