We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Supervisor to join our team at Maynilad Water Services, Inc. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) based on ISO 22301 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of programs for establishing and maintaining BCMS in accordance with ISO 22301 requirements.
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure timely completion and submission of requirements for BCMS.
- Maintain document control and corporate policies related to BCMS.
- Liaise with certification bodies, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and certification requirements.
- Coordinate management reviews, gap assessments, internal and external audits to establish and maintain BCMS.
- Identify areas for continual improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings.
- Conduct training and continuing education for the Maynilad BCMS core team.
- E nsure compliance with all International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications.
- Ensure the workability and availability of firefighting and emergency equipment.
- Conduct training on emergency response and rescue operations as needed.
- Implement the Annual Emergency Preparedness program and other risk management activities.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in any four-year course, preferably Civil/Sanitary/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Additionally, you should have at least three years of relevant work experience and two years of experience in business continuity management and IMS/ISO internal audits.
Key Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in ISO standards and occupational safety techniques.
- Able to interpret and apply standards, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
