Graphic Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.

Our company is committed to designing, producing, and marketing high-quality branded footwear using international resources. The successful candidate will work across a portfolio of brands and collaborate with product and marketing teams to create visually engaging designs that resonate with our target audience and align with the brand vision.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and a passion for fashion and footwear. They must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and have strong verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and minimum 6 years working experience in design with a focus on fashion are required.

Responsibilities:
  • • Conception, creation, and delivery of high-quality graphic design solutions to support marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • • Design and development of seasonal campaign assets such as email/Social, Home Page Design/Product PDPs, Logo Development/Brand Books, image retouching, resizing, and formatting product and lifestyle images, packaging design, printed collateral, tradeshow/event graphics/image collateral, creating product swatches by color for each style, maintaining and organizing photo library and design work on company server.

Strong understanding of design principles for type, shape, color, and photography with attention to detail is essential. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is also required. Additional skills such as Adobe After Effects or video/animation, illustration, copy writing ability, experience in the footwear or apparel industry, experience designing home page content, email featuring products, and promotional marketing are a plus.

For this role, you must speak and type fluent English and have your own computer and internet. This position is remote-based with standard EST office hours.

Qualifications:
  • • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
  • • Minimum of 6 years working experience in design with fashion focus.
  • • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • • Strong understanding of design principles for type, shape, color, and photography with attention to detail.
  • • Creative thinker with ability to solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • • Team player, collaborator, and feels comfortable leading design exploration and execution.

Additional qualifications not required but a plus include:

  • • Adobe After Effects or video/animation.
  • • Illustration.
  • • Copy writing ability.
  • • Experience in the footwear or apparel industry.
  • • Experience designing home page content, email featuring products, and promotional marketing.
