The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining expert-level knowledge of our T&E management system and vendor master data system. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and design comprehensive training programs for end-users.
About the Position- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our T&E management system and vendor master data system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement within the T&E and VMD systems.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for end-users, leveraging expertise in T&E and VMD system functionalities.
- Provide timely and effective support, addressing T&E and VMD system-related queries and issues.
- Act as an advocate for end-users, gathering feedback and requirements to enhance the usability and effectiveness of our T&E and VMD systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on T&E management systems and vendor master data systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships across functional areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies beneficial for identifying opportunities to enhance T&E and VMD systems' usability and effectiveness.
