The Opportunity: We are now seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative - Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with resellers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- IDENITIFY POTENTIAL NEW ACCOUNTS AND ORGANIZE SITE VISITS TO SHOWCASE PRODUCT FEATURES AND INCREASE REVENUE.
- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH ASSIGNED RESELLERS AND INTERNAL GROUPS TO ACHIEVE DEPARTMENTAL SALES TARGETS.
- RESPOND TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES AND CONCERNS IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
- PROVIDE RESSELLERS WITH UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION ON ASSIGNED PRODUCTS AND COORDINATE THE DISSEMINATION OF MARKETING AND SALES PROGRAMS.
- PROCESS SALES ORDERS AND DELIVER PRODUCTS TO RESSELLERS EFFICIENTLY.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 2-3 years of work experience in IT Sales. You must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
