Role Description

The Marketing & Operations Associate plays a crucial role in driving brand visibility, voice, and engagement across digital channels. This includes executing high-impact content and communications campaigns, supporting strategic marketing planning, and ensuring smooth coordination of operational projects, events, and partnerships.

This role requires a proactive, data-informed, and collaborative marketer who can balance creativity with execution and contribute to continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Planning: Collaborate on campaign planning to support brand growth and lead generation.
  2. Content Deployment: Co-own the deployment of newsletters, social posts, and campaigns across channels.
  3. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
  4. Partnership and Community Engagement: Support partnership marketing efforts, including collaborations and seasonal campaigns.
  5. Operations Support: Coordinate logistics for events and community experiences.
Requirements:
