Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Remote Technical Support Representatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients across various industries.

Your primary focus will be on resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone, chat, or email. You will also be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to improving support processes and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • A strong command of the English language
    • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Experience:
    • Previous call center experience
    • Work from home experience
    • Typing speed of 20+ WPM

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
