Oona Insurance Philippines is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide advanced secretarial support to the President & CEO.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results on time under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the President & CEO, including email management, calendar management, and overall management of the executive office.
- Attend Management Committee meetings, take minutes, and monitor progress of action items.
- Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and events, including logistical requirements with Procurement.
- Coordinate travel requirements, including flight booking, accommodations, and transportation.
- Act as liaison point for communication between local, regional, and global Management Committee members.
