Job Description:

Oona Insurance Philippines is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide advanced secretarial support to the President & CEO.

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results on time under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the President & CEO, including email management, calendar management, and overall management of the executive office.
  • Attend Management Committee meetings, take minutes, and monitor progress of action items.
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and events, including logistical requirements with Procurement.
  • Coordinate travel requirements, including flight booking, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Act as liaison point for communication between local, regional, and global Management Committee members.
