Enterprise Operations Billing Analyst Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Handle OTC transactional tasks such as customer masterdata and credit management, billing and invoicing, document validation, order processing, cash application, cash collection, and dispute management.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with client personnel, ensure daily activities are fulfilled according to timetables, procedures, and business goals, and deliver services to meet SLAs and OLAs requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) and basic accounting knowledge.
  • Good understanding or working knowledge of general finance concepts and principles.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skills in MS Excel.
Additional Information:

Individuals who can achieve individual and business metrics, demonstrated experience in meeting all baseline and project goals for accuracy and timeliness, will be preferred.
