Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Manager to take ownership of our digital advertising strategy and drive business growth.

This is a remote role that requires full-time focus on scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing paid ads, analyzing data, and making strategic decisions to improve ROI and conversion rates.

As our Paid Ads Manager, you will work closely with marketing partners to develop a comprehensive strategy that boosts brand presence, generates qualified leads, and elevates our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Continuously test, track, and tweak campaigns to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to document current strategies and transition management in-house.
  • Create new ad concepts, scripts, and strategies tailored to different platforms.
  • Develop educational and offer-based ad campaigns to attract and engage customers.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear reports on results and improvements.
