We're seeking a seasoned Client Services Associate to spearhead our customer support initiative.

About the Role:

As a Client Services Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, owning communication from initial inquiry through to resolution. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our support function, maintaining knowledge base resources, optimizing processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in all aspects of our platform, ensuring accurate knowledge about its capabilities.
  • Own client communications and issues from initial contact until resolution, leveraging tools like Intercom and phone calls as needed.
  • Gather client feedback and influence product direction.
  • Identify issues and engage with development teams to escalate bugs, resolve problems, or obtain missing information.
  • Develop and refine processes to scale support with business growth.
  • Create and maintain both internal and client-facing documentation, such as knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Retention, Implementation, and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Proficiency in various computer software systems, including Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Intercom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating professional documents and presentations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism without personal bias.
  • Willingness to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a strong team ethos.
