Working as a Product Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centric digital sales experiences. You will collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and customer success teams to uncover opportunities and turn them into simple, intuitive, and effective experiences.

About the Role
  • You will report to the Head of Product Design and work collaboratively with stakeholders to design solutions that drive business outcomes and user satisfaction.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to make meaningful contributions and shape the future of our digital sales platforms. You will be expected to:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design with clarity and care, creating experiences that solve real problems and meet user needs.
  2. Prototype with conviction, aligning leaders and turning uncertainty into direction.
  3. Design for impact, creating experiences that move the needle for both users and the business.
  4. Shape strategy, connecting user insight to business goals and metrics of success.
  5. Set and raise the bar for quality, pushing yourself and others to deliver at a high standard.
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • A strong portfolio showing UX depth and UI excellence.
  • High standards of craft, turning insight into compelling experiences.
  • Prototyping expertise, exploring and selling the future faster than words alone can.
  • Design systems experience and comfortable critiquing a DS.
  • Strong storytelling skills, making complex ideas simple and inspiring.
  • Excellent English communication skills and async collaboration abilities.
