Job Description:
As a Clinical Professional with our company, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a variety of settings. This will include interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support. You will also be responsible for utilizing your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage patient relationships and navigate complex healthcare systems.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or related fields (Non-license).
- Proven experience in Direct Patient Care, preferably working with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients.
- Familiarity with BPO healthcare processes, ideally in a Philippine setting.
