Xelure Technologies is a leading provider of market data services. Our team is seeking an experienced Financial Data Specialist to join our dynamic organization. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Job Description
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional to handle various aspects of financial data management, including invoice reconciliation, inventory alignment, and reporting.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Duties will include reconciling financial records, investigating discrepancies, communicating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • The Financial Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and records, providing updates to vendors, and ensuring timely payments.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for implementing tools to streamline reconciliation processes, analyzing data for trends and insights, and generating regular reports on invoice status and discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial data management or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, such as Bloomberg, LSEG, FACTSET, and ICE;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
