Job Title: 3D Rendering Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals in various environments.
  • Create engaging animations and walkthroughs showcasing system functionality and space integration.
  • Effectively incorporate feedback and revisions within assigned project timelines.
  • Edit and enhance existing content to optimize design and improve overall visual appeal.
  • Maintain consistent visual quality aligned with client branding and standards.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to the project team in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in multiple software applications including Autodesk 3Ds Max, Blender, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D work, animations, and architectural renderings is essential.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in 3D visualization, architecture, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of interior and exterior design principles is necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to create realistic lighting, textures, and spatial animations is critical.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
  • Effective communication and responsiveness to feedback are key qualities for this position.
  • Dedication to remote work and flexibility in work schedule are necessary.
  • An architectural or design degree is preferred but not required.
