Job Overview

As a Procurement Manager at Lennor Group, you will be responsible for evaluating cost proposals from prospective suppliers and subcontractors for all ongoing and proposed project takings.

You will develop and execute procurement and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and executes procurement and process plans
  2. Acquires resources for projects and processes
  3. Maintains subject matter expertise in import and export operations
  4. Handles tariff classification and computation of duties and taxes
  5. Collaborates with Customs Brokers
  6. Provides import and export estimates
  7. Arranges payment of duties, taxes, and other charges
  8. Sources customs clearing agents
  9. Conducts progress monitoring and reporting
  10. Supports bundling activities
  11. Establishes procurement schedules
  12. Coordinates procurement activities
  13. Interfaces with project director and supplier quality teams
