Cybersecurity Director

• **Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee and implement Cybersecurity Measures: Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus software, encryption protocols, and other security technologies.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies, including data access, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor Threats: Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and address system vulnerabilities.
• Lead Incident Response: Manage and train incident response teams to handle security breaches effectively.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with software development, legal, compliance, and HR to integrate security into business processes.
• Promote Security Awareness: Educate employees on cybersecurity best practices through training sessions and awareness campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of firewalls, antivirus software, encryption protocols, and other security technologies.
• Experience in conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with network design and architecture, including voice, data, and communication infrastructure.
